Instrumental Soloists: Application Form

If you are eligible to apply then you may print and complete the Application Form, attaching information requested in questions 1-9 and send it with your recent cassette or CD (not video) recording and two sealed references to the Hattori Foundation.

Please avoid sending additional documents such as exam reports and concert flyers.

Completed application forms must be received by 30th April 2008.
